信用证结汇方式为何会成为很多外贸企业首选

可以看到这样一种状况,当下国内外贸企业和国外的多数用户业务往来时,都会首选信用证结汇,为何信用证结汇方式会成为当下多数外贸企业的首选呢?

之所以多数企业会将这种结汇方式作为首选,是因为其便捷并且在安全性方面更高,这种结汇方式是银行在买卖双方之间保证付款的凭证,在这种结算方式中,产品购入方企业会将申请书提交给银行,银行在收到这样的申请之后,会为产品外贸销售方企业开具保证付款的信用证,这一过程之中产品销售方企业只要提交符合信用证要求的相应单据,在这笔交易中银行就会为产品外贸销售企业支付款项。

Therefore, we hope that the related expenses will be borne by your company, and the insurance costs of our products will be borne by us. 此前在贵公司的回函中谈到这批办公产品购入希望获得10%的优惠,我公司董事会经过决以后,已同意贵公司的这一要求。

贵公司本次购买的产品有总裁大班桌椅1500套,经理中班桌椅1300套,财务办公桌椅1450套,员工屏风办公桌椅160套,会议室会议桌椅340套,洽谈接待室洽谈桌椅250套,前台办公桌椅450套,培训室培训桌椅670套,办公沙发系列桌椅470套,文件柜1750个,办公室隔间墙玻璃隔断1750套。

此前在信函往来中,贵公司提到在本次产品运输途中希望采用海运形式,而海运费用要求我公司承担,由于此次产品销售中给贵公司打了最大优惠折扣,所以在本次产品运输中相关费用希望由贵公司自行承担,在本次产品运输中我公司所销售的产品保险费用可由我方承担。由于我公司近年来业务较为繁忙,因此相关付款方式一直走便捷化路线,希望贵公司通过信用证方式达成本次交易。

从如上案例中可以看到,该外贸企业还是比较含蓄的,而另外一些企业在外贸交往中则会明确注明使用信用证交易,例如:

对于这次产品交易,贵方公司和我方公司已初步达成共识,目前唯一具有争议的是支付方式问题,贵方希望通过信汇方式完成交易,而我方公司在近期的交易中都选择了信用证结算方式,这是目前我公司在业务往来中唯一使用的结算方式,本公司所生产的产品近期在欧美市场销量庞大,希望贵公司尽早与我公司达成共识,我公司会在12月25日之前发货。

从如上的这一信函中可以看到,该外贸公司是非常强硬的,告知对方公司,己方既不接受信汇也不接受电汇,交易完成方式只选择信用证,如买方公司在本次交易中不选择信用证,则不会和其公司达成业务往来关系。

从如上案例中可以看到,多数的外贸企业在和海外公司洽谈时多以信用证为主,以增强自身在交易中的安全,但在措辞时却各有不同,有些公司比较含蓄,而有些公司直截了当,之所以会出现这样的差异,是因为市场交易特点所决定的,在第一个案例之中必然是处于买方市场,而在第二个案例中必然是处于卖方市场,但不论是买方占据主导权,还是卖方占据主导权,外贸销售方企业在产品交易中都应该重点考虑到交易安全性问题,避免此后在交易中公司财产蒙受不必要损失,对于交易中的付款方式要慎之又慎,最近几年新建外贸企业数量众多,而在这其中交易被骗企业也不在少数,问题多出在付款方式上。
