虽然信函往来非常便捷,但是由于很多国外企业每日都会收到大量的信函,因此一些时候通过电话营销能够拥有的沟通效果更为出众一些,那么在实际外贸电话营销过程中需要关注到哪些问题呢?

电话营销过程之中,根据对方用户不同所需要关注的问题并不相同,例如和欧美用户进行沟通时可以直接了当一些。

詹姆斯先生我是中国远景贸易有限公司销售部陈经理,此前在北京举行的展销会中,我方曾经和贵方有过沟通,我们的接待人员留下了您的办公电话号码,此次和您打电话主要是想谈一下我方最新生产的农机产品,如您有兴趣的话,我方可将这批产品样图以电子邮件的形式发送给贵方,这批产品的价格均价在7000元左右,远低于市场价格,希望能够和您进一步沟通。

如果是在和法国用户进行沟通时,则需要关注到这样的沟通方式:

Mr. Johnson, I am very pleased to be able to communicate with you again. I am Manager Chen of sales Department of China Vision Trading Co., Ltd. I have had detai;edcommunication with you before and we have also met at the exhibition. This time it is mainly hoped that your company will understand the new products of agricultural machinery produced by our company. The price is very favorable, and the average price is about 30% lower than the market price. We have sent the catalogue and price of our products to your e-mail address. If you are interested in our products, you can contact me at any time.

约翰逊先生,非常高兴能够再次和您交流,我是中国远景贸易有限公司销售部陈经理,此前曾经和贵方有过详细沟通,我们在展销会中也见过面,这次主要是希望贵公司能够了解一下我公司所出品的农机新品,价格是非常优惠的,和市场价格相比较平均低30%左右,我方已经将产品的详细目录以及价格发送到贵公司的电子邮箱中,如贵公司对我方的这批产品感兴趣,可以随时和我沟通。

需要注意,即使有些电话针对的是同一个国家的用户,但是不同用户所在的区域,商人商谈方式以及关注的要点也有很大不同的,这一点就如同我国北方商人的豪爽同南方商人的事事细心有着很多相似之处。

例如上面我们所提到的法国用户,法国南部用户和法国北部用户就有很大差别,在上述电话沟通之中主要是应对法国南部用户的,这里的用户对于产品的价格更为关注,而且很关注产品在销售过程中的市场行情表现如何。

如果是和法布北部的用户进行沟通,使用上面的这种电话沟通方式显然不妥,法国北部的用户在沟通过程中更关注于产品的品质,这些用户不太关注产品是否能够打开市场,这一类型用户往往认为购买产品是看自己的眼光,而产品能否在当地打开市场主要和自己的营销模式有关。因此和这一类型的用户进行电话沟通时需要这样做:
