在和外贸企业进行产品销售沟通过程之中,此前一定要了解好该公司都有哪些部门,哪些部门是专门进行产品购入的,并要了解在这一部门之中都有哪些工作人员等等,欧美国家的用户在沟通过程之中往往会事先进行预约,如果对于该公司的相关工作人员并不了解,此种状态之下,只是泛泛的提出要找该公司的采购经理或者是副经理等等通话,很多时候前台人员并不会为用户转接电话,只有对这一部门的相关工作人员有了解,和前台进行沟通时,直言要和哪位工作人员进行沟通,这种时候接通电话的可能性才是最高的,如果和国外用户进行沟通时没有关注到这些要点问题,电话沟通尚且无法做到此后的产品销售计划自然也就无法达成。
