询盘邮件写作注意事项跟我们以前提过的外贸英语函电写作原则有很大关系,基本上也是要遵循相关的原则来的。
1.询盘要开门见山,不要绕弯子。外国客户非常讲究效率,所以请用最精炼的语言直接表达出你的需求。所有问题尽量在一封邮件里问清楚,不要来来回回弄好几遍。
2.注意一些文化上的禁忌。比如在邮件中如果想要表示突出强调就用加粗字体,千万不要用红色标注,因为红色在一些国家有警戒性的意味。
